Executive President of LarrainVial S.A., he joined the company in 1987. Currently he is chairman of the board of LarrainVial SAFI Peru and also director of the Santiago Stock Exchange, Watt´s, Activa SpA and Las Rosas foundation. Fernando Larrain is a Business Administrator from Pontificia Universidad Catolica de Chile, and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Partner of Activa SpA, LarrainVial's Private Equity arm, present in the agricultural, real estate, energy, forestry, mining, and industrial sectors.
Mr. Jimenez was General Manager of the Santa Carolina vineyard, and previously worked at Endesa (electricity company) and Ladeco (airline, currently part of LAN), and Watt's Alimentos. Additionally, he was a member of the board of directors of the Asset Management area of LarrainVial for 11 years.
He has participated in the development of and is on the board of directors of Activa SpA, Inmobiliaria San Sebastian, S.A., Sembrador Capital de Riesgo, S.A. (agriculture), SCL Energia Activa, S.A., Fondo Mater, and Minería Activa, S.A.
Mr. Jimenez has a bachelor's degree in Commercial Engineering from the Universidad Catolica de Chile.
Aníbal Larraín is Director of LarrainVial SpA, Executive Vice President of Watt's, and Director of Viña Santa Carolina, Laive (Peru), EFT Group and Minería Activa and subsidiaries.
Mr. Aníbal Larraín holds a degree in Business Administration from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and Master in Philosophy from the University of Navarra, Spain.
Francisco León is Director of LarrainVial SpA, has almost 20 years of experience in Citigroup, where he became Senior Credit Officer. In 2006 he started a career as an independent company director. He has been director of CorpBanca, ABN Amro Chile, BBVA Chile, Cristalerias Chile, Coca Cola Embonor, Intermodal Concessionaire Corporation of La Cisterna, Construmart and Beltec Real Estate Group, among other companies.
Francisco León is a Civil Engineer from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and an MBA from Harvard University.
Joaquín Villarino Herrera is executive chairman of the Consejo Minero (Mining Council). He is a Lawyer of the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and a Doctor of Law of the Universidad de Navarra. He has a wide experience in the corporate sector, where he has been director and company advisor in the healthcare, shipping, finance, engineering and construction sectors
Jose Manuel Silva joined LarrainVial in 1997, having previously worked as finance manager for Grupo Santa Carolina, one of Chile's largest food companies. He was director of Toronto Trust Administradora de Fondos de Inversion between 1987 and 1991. He is a Business Administrator from Pontificia Universidad Catolica de Chile.
Mr. Trivelli joined the company in 2004. Today, he leads a team of 17 people in Latin America, and they have more than US$ 7 billion invested worldwide from Latin American institutional clients. Prior to this, he worked in the commercial and projects area of Compañia Minera Doña Ines de Collahuasi for 5 years. In addition, Mr. Trivelli is the Board Member of Activa SpA (Private capital manager of LarrainVial with investments in Mining, Energy, Agriculture, Real Estate, Companies, and Forestry in Latin America).
Mr. Trivelli has a bachelor's degree in industrial civil engineering from the Universidad de Chile with a Technological Major in Mining. He has an MBA from Cornell University as well.
