José Antonio Jiménez

Partner of Activa SpA, LarrainVial's Private Equity arm, present in the agricultural, real estate, energy, forestry, mining, and industrial sectors.

Mr. Jimenez was General Manager of the Santa Carolina vineyard, and previously worked at Endesa (electricity company) and Ladeco (airline, currently part of LAN), and Watt's Alimentos. Additionally, he was a member of the board of directors of the Asset Management area of LarrainVial for 11 years.

He has participated in the development of and is on the board of directors of Activa SpA, Inmobiliaria San Sebastian, S.A., Sembrador Capital de Riesgo, S.A. (agriculture), SCL Energia Activa, S.A., Fondo Mater, and Minera Activa, S.A.

Mr. Jimenez has a bachelor's degree in Commercial Engineering from the Universidad Catolica de Chile.

José Gabriel Mena R.

With 22 years of professional experience, he has worked as a research engineer at Watt's Alimentos S.A. and in management positions at Independencia, Administradora de Fondos de Inversion and Tanner Merchant S.A., as an Research Assistant Manager and Real Estate Manager, respectively. With financial experience, he worked for the banks of A. Edwards and Banco de Santiago. He was also General Manager at Transa Securitizadora S.A. for 6 years. He presently works as General Manager of San Sebastian Inmobiliaria S.A.

Mr. Mena is an Industrial Civil Engineer with a bachelor's degree from the Universidad de Chile.

José Correa Achurra

He joined LarrainVial in 2009 as an Assistant Institutional Distribution Manager. In 2012 he moved to the United States to open LarrainVial´s office in New York, where he stayed for four years leading the sales team for foreign institutional clientes. Afterwards he worked as Equity Capital Markets Manager of LarrainVial Corredora de Bolsa.

In January 2018 he took charge as CEO of Activa Alternative Assets.

José Correa has a bachelor's degree in Economic and Administrative Sciences from Universidad de Chile and holds an MBA from UCLA, Los Angeles, United States.

Tomás Délano Méndez

Mr. Délano joined Activa team on 2015, before he earned his MBA from the University of Chicago, and previously he worked 4 years on corporate finance in Banco Penta, first as an analyst, and then as an associate, where he participated in different transactions such as M&A, IPOs and bond issuance.

Tomás holds a degree in Business Administration awarded by the Pontificia Universidad Catolica de Chile, an MBA from the University of Chicago.

Gabriela Nallar

Gabriela Nallas is Automotive Credit Manager at Activa. She has more than 15 years experience in Automotive Financial Market in multinational companies.

Gabriella Nallas is a Business Administrator from Diego Portales University and holds an MBA from Oxford Brookes University, UK, and a Corporate Finance PGD from the University of California Berkeley, USA.
