He was director of LarrainVial Administradora de Fondos for 11 years and founded Activa in 2005. He actively participates in Board and Investment Committee meetings for the different vehicles and companies in the portfolio.

José has over 30 years of experience. He has held managerial positions at Independencia and Tanner Merchant SA, in addition to having worked at Watt's Alimentos SA, Banco Edwards and Banco de Santiago. He was also CEO of Transa Securitizadora SA for 6 years.

Eduardo has over 20 years of experience. He joined LarrainVial in 2009 as assistant manager of Institutional Distribution. He moved to the United States in 2012 to open LarrainVial's office in New York, where he spent four years at the head of the sales team for foreign institutional clients. He then took over as Equity Capital Markets Manager at LarrainVial Corredora de Bolsa. He joined Activa in 2018 as CEO of Private Debt.

Gabriela has over 10 years of experience. She joined LarrainVial in 2017 as assistant manager of risk and operations. She previously worked in corporate and business credit risk at the banks Itaú and Corpbanca.

Gabriela has 20 years of experience in the automotive finance market in multinational companies such as Ford, General Motors and Porsche. She joined Activa in 2015.

Leonidas has over 6 years of experience. He worked as an analyst and then a Banker at the Banco Consorcio Structuring Department. He joined Activa in 2018 as part of the Mater Private Equity investment team. During his MBA, he worked in the Investor Relations department at AltamarCam Partners in Madrid. He rejoined Activa in 2022.

He took over as Head of Private Equity & Venture Capital at Activa in 2023.
